correct, also I am not sure the North Portia re-negotiation was a positive. Sure it bought in some funds earlier (BOD probably panicking about cash burn) but the final capital payment is now delayed until after the mine is producing $3.5M revenue for the new owner. So this is completely out of our hands now. Renegotiated down from $14.7M to $12M and lost any control or even input to the timing of the final payment.
The final payment of $3.8 million payable once the first $3.5M of production revenue from the North Portia project is achieved. Original agreement: Final payment of $5.5 million, 12 months after the second payment.
