To my knowledge HAV no longer own Portia/North portia so it would be Steve Radford who is hiring. They have been going through the tailings for months and recovering gold. Correct me if I am wrong but that is how I read it.
As for the new Board going back seeing who did what deals that is dead and buried. We know who stuffed but that is behind us. Lets move on and repair the damage that has been done to the company.
