As far as I know, HAV maintain a royalty over Nth Portia. Whether it's enough to at least cover HAV's admin costs, probably not, but you'll note the job ad talks about expanding the processing plant.

You'll also note, it talks about "other prospective areas which require further exploration". From ASX release dated 8/4/2019: "Under this arrangement Havilah is guaranteed participation rights and so maintains its material interest in any new potential discoveries made by CMC".

Whether the proposed exploration, should it be successful, qualifies as a "new discovery", I don't know, it should, however, count towards exploration tenement commitment costs.

"As for the new Board going back seeing who did what deals that is dead and buried."

We'll have to disagree on that. There's one particular fellow I had in mind.
