JEF "was very upset about the renumeration and performance bonuses being voted down and let us all know in uncertain terms". Is this guy for real and what a display of arrogance if this was the case. They were voted down as shareholders are unhappy with progress in the last 12 months and a declining share price. It is really that hard to work out. Maybe performance bonuses should be along the lines of;
-30/6/2019 50c shareprice
-30/6/2020 $1 shareprice
-30/6/2021 $1.50 shareprice
This should be easily achievable as everyone keeps quoting SB's report suggesting a value of BUL at $1.53
I don't think any shareholder would be unhappy to reward him well if these were achieved.
