It passed but they've been put on notice, basically they have 360 odd days to do something, otherwise it will be the same result next year and all the directors will face the axe. "Don't like it, then leave" isn't a valid argument, they've got a job to do and 32% is a huge rejection so I hope they take it on board that shareholders aren't happy.
