I dont disagree with regards to the complexity of negotiating an agreement, but most negotiations in the corp world have an estimated timeframe. If they cant reach a deal they say so and stop the process or move to another option. This one has been goong for so long now and we kept getting fed the same 1 liner in every qtrly.
How about a non binding MOU? At least that would be something.
Normally when ur house doesnt sell it might be due to
1. The house is overpriced
2. The house isnt that great and not what the markma wants
3. The salesman isnt doing a good job
4. Market conditons arent right.
Maybe we have one or a couple of the following issues?
