I agree with you that management's objectives should be to aim and achieve positive outcomes for the company and thereby the shareholders (which I have no doubt IS what they aiming for) but I don't agree with your non-acceptance of circumstances leading to a GSA not yet being achieved. They can't control everything, but this appears unacceptable to you. OK then.

You're obviously not a big fan of the "contrarian" approach if you have a Sell on Blue at 5c! Given their assets and the gas environment and the hammering the sp has had, I would have thought quite the opposite!
