The BOD and current staff will remain in OZ as is.
I spoke to Joel about this at the BNE meetup.

Some staff are already located at the Sydney office including Joel.
Some research staff are also located in the Melbourne office.

Joel said that he will be appointing a USA (Vice President) of Regulatory Affairs
who will oversee the Licensing / PR / Partnerships of our pipelines in the USA
This person will be of the same calibre as Bob Clark.
(who is not employed by IHL on a full-time basis he still works for Novo Nordisk)

Joel said he will visit the US perhaps on a quarterly basis, depending on what's going on at the time.

They already use George's New York address for some filings (as I recollect)
