The last date to be eligible to vote will be 6th November. (but remember T +2) So IMO purchases between now and up to & including 2nd November will attach extra votes for voting on the 8th of November. (over & above what you hold today)
Remember last trading day on the ASX for re-domicile is 17/11/23 to be recorded as owner on 21/11/23 (Record Date)
