I think what is confusing is that we all use Votiro and Votiro Cybertec interchangeably. So yes Senetas is not selling Votiro, but all the IP is sold and Votiro becomes almost a shell company holding both the cash from the sale of the IP and the shares in Menlo. It would seem sensible for the board of Votiro to distribute cash and shares to the shareholders I.e Senetas and other shareholders, but perhaps there are tax implications
