that would be ideal, but do you seriously see Senetas doing that? They will definitely hold onto the shares , but there is potential for a cash distribution- either an unfranked dividend or more likely capital return.
i have had shares distributed to me before, but given these are in a USA company, Senetas continuing to hold them makes sense.
