Sounds good, but there's no use. What angers me is there wasn't the slightest slither of daylight between the Quarterly report, the suspension of trading announcement, and the appointment of receivers. Investors were barred from selling at market and getting any money out. It essentially means that whatever investor funds remained, they're kept to pay creditors.
A class action in this case is bringing a suit against an insolvent entity. You may win the battle, but the war is already lost.
