On what basis? You would need to have a solid reason. I think everybody agrees that the business has been open and transparent about its finances - there is no suggestion of any fraudulent activity. The business had loans and capital, needed more capital and the person (major shareholder) who otherwise would have contributed more declined to do so, therefore the lenders saw that the business could not continue and effectively took steps to call their loans in. The shareholder saw reason to not risk his money further and the lenders took the same view, as they are entitled to. In other cases, when investors have been misled with false information or promises and it can be proven, there could be a case for taking action.
