Brains trust: I am often amused by the mythology that perpetuates surrounding averaging down. Would it not make as good sense to bail out, cut one's losses, then start again at the ahem.....lower price? Apart from the price of trade, is there a difference? (Notwithstanding the benefits of tax loss which will wipe out the afterburners of the future rocket propulsion from the same stock lol). Is my opinion conflicted? Am I compromised by alcohol?
