    Ask yourself how Openpay can become profitable?

    - $18M spent in Q2
    Of which
    $5M is unfavourable timing
    $2.5M is bad debts
    They need another $10M somewhere.
    - can revenue increase by $10M by June 2023?
    - can salaries further reduce?
    - can interest expense reduce?

    The fundamentals of a $10M per quarter hole is the key issue and I can't see a plan to close it.
