    In simple terms:
    - Meydan funded the latest CR
    - Meydan was asked to further increase his debt and said NO
    - Fiduciary gave Openpay more funds and due to failure of Meydan to honour his debt obligations, Openpay was in breach of covenants and to resolve this simply put Openpay into Receivership

    The big losers in this are Meydan and the shareholders.
