With available funding at the end of Q2 at $58M vs available funding at the end of Q1 being $33M, there is surely a good chance Openpay will trade again.
After the $29M is repaid to secured creditors, OpenPay might lose access to $30M in funding capacity, however with less debt outstanding they should be able to restructure and continue trading.
The sharks will be circling and may look to takeover Openpay. I'm sure the Board will welcome offers.
