The longer they drag their feet, the more the lease payments are costing them. BNL does not appear to be very proactive - and why have they not organised equipment before now?
Planning seems to be a bit haphazard at best.
I have an uneasy suspicion that the update came at a very convenient time - just before the AGM. Now I feel better about voting no.
