This company reminds me very much of a slew of Venture Exchange listed companies on the TSXV. They are collectively called "Lifestyle Companies. There sole unstated function is to provide the BoD and buddies with a life equal to their ego's desires. As for its stated function; He drilling... well, a pole here a scratch there and aSPP always!
