I like the share count as is: High. A US listing means a higher share count.
I like that BNL and its owners (us) are in about the same time zone.
I like not being exposed to US shorters.
I like NOT paying lawyers, US and otherwise.
I like NOT paying US Exchanges listing fees.
I doubt US exposure will "put the He word out" any quicker and with more positive sp impact with a US ADR on NASDAQ, or even more probably langushing/stagnating on the pink sheets.
To quote a dreamer, "Build it and they will come..."
