Agree with you figures but I always like to base my assumptions on the lower case.
As others have said we just need some production wells drilled now that flow sufficient rates of 8% He, a plant constructed and commissioned and all required approvals in place and away we go.
Sounds like a piece of cake the way our boys deliver!
