My take on this anns goes like this.
So we are had a pause in the approval process because we acquired more leases from crestral.(although shareholders were not informed of this). Now we are ready once we get approval to start production of the wells .
And we have sorted the company that can provide the plant .
Question is do we have enough to do this without a CR
and would shareholders get the chance to participate ?
