I do believe that a CR is inevitable. Leases cost money and time is never a friend when operation costs continue. BNL has taken a very leisurely pace in getting permits and drilling holes.
However, I do hope that it comes AFTER they start producing and revenue starts coming in. This seems a no brainer as the SP will be much higher and shares will be far more attractive.
Let's hope that any CR will deliver a better result for BNL and share holders.
