if I’m reading that last sentence correctly I’m understanding that BNL will not have to commit any CapEx to get this “mid tier” operator to install and run the equipment to get the helium flowing. And this is supposed to happen this CY. If we can get there, that soon, then perhaps we will have revenue before a CR is required.? Thoughts?
