Yes, one keeps hearing of this or that shortages and yet companies with some resources have gone bust or sp tanked. Shortages don't necessarily have an impact on a company's share price but failing to produce in a timely manner and capitalizing on these 'shortages' profitably does.
BNL is yet to announce flow rates and has not produced any saleable product. It seems there are many shortages at company level and glossy presentations and missed timelines cost money - not make money. As a consequence, share price appreciation is in short supply too.
