Tend to disagree. A homeowner looks after their property more than a person renting a home. Directors owning shares in a company are part 'homeowners' thus more aligned with other holders as they too have more at stake. The recent director selling may have known that there will be delays and possibly sold down some on account. Directors 'renting' whilst well remunerated, can simply move on to another 'home' and it's the homeowners left that suffer should the 'home' be thrashed.

Director sells may be for perfectly valid reasons - it is after all their money and may need some for expenses but if selling prior to 'good' news then they too may be throwing away money they could have had more of. Since the sell, share price retreated. Perhaps it all starts to add up as to why the sell and why the retreat - though thus far no further sells but no more buys either.

Regarding delays, if timelines cannot be met and management know so then management could have should have put together a revised plan and make an announcement advising both shortcomings and expected remedial timeframe. As you say, they get paid to manage - so far they managed to miss timelines - does 'managed to miss' then translate to mismanage? rolleyes.png

I sure hope they start to make some coin and soon or else they'll be coming after more coin from holders and at current sp levels more dilution at deep discounted pricing - they get paid as we pay them and see our end thrashed. As far as BNL is concerned, any demand for helium won't matter if they can't get it to market. frown.pngsmile.png AIMO
