I have to share the negative sentiments above sadly. This announcement is all about what was omitted in my opinion.
On one hand you could be happy and think they have saved significant funds to stave off a CR. But a deeper read and lack of update on drilling/flow rate testing suggests the timeline will be pushed out further.
I don't expect timeline to be met and I do expect a CR. In saying that I have to imagine things are still mostly on track to be producing revenue withing early '24 which makes it a decent buy on the next dip.
