As this is an off set well to the original water well is there not a high chance they will use the same pad that would have been constructed for the water well? If this is the case the only thing needed is the drilling rig and one day to set it up. Given past attempts by management at meeting planned timelines I am not confident the 31/8 23 date will be met, which would actually be 1/9/23 here in Australia. But I would say there is still a feasible chance they will get the drill turning in time.
