i'm seeing this as quite a reactive announcement vs. game changer. they have ceased mentioning on target q4 sales and some new permitting now along the timelines.
i sense we are moving in the right direction but slowly, i think quite likely will be able to pick up more shares below 2 cents in the next 4-6 weeks. Wouldn't be jumping in for more at this stage... nor will i be selling more.
