Not if you take the part into condiseration as well...

"In the event of the back in right being exercised, a Special Purpose Vehicle will be created by the Company, in which Xstrata will be a 60% shareholder and Voyager Resources will be a 40% shareholder"

In other words if a large deposit is uncovered then we get back our $1mn + a 40% holding in a new SPV created to hold the new resource, with Xstrata holding the other 60%.

Now could someone please tell me what is happening in Mongolia.

I spoke with JB on the phone a few months ago and he described VOR as a company with ojnly one aim - searching for and then developping a pophory at KM.

Has this now changed or am I a mushroom?
