Reed Resources RDR today takes delivery of its first gold from its Sand Queen project north of Kalgoorlie.This high grade mine will yield Reed substantial operating cash flow and the way the resource is expanding is a sign that a large gold deposit has been found.Level development is continuing to the Sand George deposit where a new shaft will further increase production.Low cash cost 230 oz, no debt or hedging means these shares have very good upside potential and lets not forget the iron ore jv with Portman and Barrambie which is a world class vanadium titanium deposit.
