PYC announces the submission of an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with
the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in support of its lead drug candidate known
as VP-001.
The FDA has a period of 30 days to review an IND application.
In the event the IND is accepted, VP-001 will be the first investigational drug candidate
with the potential to modify the course of Retinitis Pigmentosa type 11 to progress into
clinical trials
