From today's ann, it looks like VR8 anticipate that the SP will roughly double in the next 9 months :

"In consideration for its services, the Company will:
• During the initial 6 month term of the engagement pay FSB a bi-monthly (every two months) retainer of
A$13,000 inclusive of any GST.
• Issue a total of 5 million unlisted Performance Advisory Options with a strike price equal to $0.10 and with
an expiry date of 2 years following issue, subject to the Company achieving a share price of $0.15 on a 15-
day VWAP during the first 9 months."
