I mean unless of course you are very much in the know.
You could very well be in the know.
But you could very well have not much of an idea of what you are talking about.
I won't guess which one.
Personally, based on proven experience I am not concerned about capital raising and options when the last capital raise was with zero discount from share price at 0.048 cents. Funny enough not too far from the price now when the V price was closer to $7 per pound.
From recollection this previous fundraising event created no options.
To note, management also has 20% equity and are very much in it for the long run. Not pump and dumb. Guess we will all see in good time...
