    • the minor downside I see is the ownership - 74% after approval from South African Department of Mineral Resources

    One point to the company's benefit is that they seem to be focusing on IP and downstream products.

    Perhaps more value can be extracted out of the company's holding this way.

    Controlling the world's largest deposit offers a great launching pad for other downstream initiatives.

    Plus more value is often created in downstream products.
