It's a pity that Volt is now recognised by the market as a basket case. It appears, it matters little what announcement Volt announces to the market .
It's credibility sits at an all time low thanks largely to the lengthy delays and time that everything has taken to come to fruition. This would generally be considered an excellent announcement had it been announced by any other company. It would have signaled to the market that things were beginning to move in the right direction. Another box ticked, if you like.

What todays news indicates to me is that management is still working behind the scenes in laying the foundations of Volt getting to where it needs to get to, to establish itself in achieving it's long and short term goals. Without a site the hope of producing anything is zero. Bit like owning a car with no petrol to drive it.

But until such time that Volt can actually make an announcement that is 100% guaranteeing a successful future, the market will continue to look at them as a company that has promised much, but delivered little.

Sad but true.
