They can say whatever they like, the markets had a gutful of broken promises.
The one thing that i have been waiting for all these years was finance,all the way back in the Sugar days.The heartbeat to VRC is finance,yet they cant do it.They keep coming up with everything under the sun except that.Doesnt work anymore...
Get the dam financing done!!! The rest will take care of itself...How long can they possibly keep doing this????
