Barchart has Volt at 80% BUY again after it dipped a little over the last few days. The exciting point is it was here at this point last week then went bang to 100% buy (noted as in the top 1% buys on the market ) fingers crossed 10 cents possible this month with announcement of 40million bond issues finalised IMO
