Yeah HC usually shows the fully diluted MC as they get there source data from someone else who then they just feed through the site.
I'm not sure how they calculate VRI MC though as I don't think performance shares should be included but the rest need too as the other shares while not quoted are there and the options will most likely get converted at this stage at least.
That gives me 403,458,568 shares (not including performance shares) which then gives me a $29.8m MC at 7.4c. I think you would have to include the unquoted shares as they are still apart of the companies valuation.
