It's amazing what passes for disclosure these days. A week after the media widely reported theme park and cinema re-openings, our company reports this to the ASX.
I wonder if the re-opening at 50% capacity is a grey area in respect of triggering the higher conditional offer price?
Surely if it did, the release could have noted that the re-opening "would satisfy the conditional takeover offer", or some such wording?
No update on the takeover other than a DD extension granted. No idea when a vote might take place. No idea if the re-opening does trigger the higher price.
I guess I'm just asking too much.
