    As the rest of the market takes off on its recovery, poor old VRL remains chained to that $2.10 offer price. I believe VRL's stock price is being restrained by this opportunistic low-ball offer.

    We need management to stand up and reject this offer publicly and quickly before we'll be allowed to follow the rest of the market northward. Until that's done we'll remain around this $2.10 area.

    My thoughts and beliefs only.
