    Hi Jack, the way I am reading this 346 page Scheme Booklet, if I am to vote against Structure A, then I would more certainly be voting against Structure B. With VRC able to vote their 39.9% holdings for Structure B, Structure B is where minority shareholders' vote (and voice) is diluted. I do believe that this iconic - and still to be 'right-managed' business may well be better in private hands, but the price is far below the $5 assessment I think it is at.
