    They are relying on minority shareholders being asleep at the wheel, or in this case, asleep in the back seat (given minority shareholders are not driving any of this).
    I will be voting NO to Structure A, and definitely NO to Structure B. Hopefully there are enough minority shareholders who see this for what it is
