Well you will have to wait and see. Even if the proposal goes through, it is not clear at this stage if their interest in the company will increase or decrease. You will need to see the full proposal to assess that. It could be that this is a backdoor privatisation by the current major holders. This is probably why it is been even considered at current prices. Will have to wait for Independent Expert Report to see what they say.
