    You might have missed my point. John Kirby, Robert Kirby and Graham Burke look to remain as significant shareholders in the privatised company. If their percentage interest in the privatised company increases compared to now, then they may have an incentive for the price paid by BGH to be low, ie the lower the price the less debt owed by their privatised company.
