I can understand your point of view.

A 6 month chart on ALG, QAN, AIA and VRL all look pretty much the same.

QAN spiked 50% from May to June and now back to May levels. ALG and a heap of other T&T stocks did the same. VRL might have done this too - we've been more flat, constrained by the offer price.

There has never been much volume below $2.00 for VRL.I don't do TA, but feel that's current fair value all things considered. I bought heaps at intra-day low of $0.77 on 19th March after holding for 12 years - thought it was Christmas.

I agree that if BGH dropped out, our SP could drop - doesn't mean that it "should" (fair value and all), just that the sentiment would likely turn bad - "BGH can't make it work at $2.20 / $2.32 / $2.40"
