    A 3 times extended DD period, more than 6 months of limbo.

    There has been a 10am (ish) announcement on the date of each extension. Nothing yesterday, so you'd have to presume there is no further extension, meaning the deal is either on, or it's off. They absolutely have to announce before 10am, or go into TH.
