Agree. I'm holding, although I'm almost a buyer at $2.10 - it's blatantly obvious there is on-market buying for a big fish, so it's bizarre the SP is still a good 10% below the likely $2.32 ouutcome.
Sell V Buy is 10 times, but more than 80% of the sell side is at $2.35 and above. Seems like a lot of holders are being shaken out, or just impatient?
I really hope it's Mittleman buying rather than BGH BidCo / HoldCo. They'll need to pick up a lot more than 600k shares to have any impact / real voting power.
In 3 weeks we should have annual report and be able to see an updated Top 20. I'm hopeful that HSBC, JP Morgan and CitiBank still hold around 35% as they did this time last year.
