    We have to not only rely on Mittleman - we too need to rally some fellow minority shareholders. Last time, in 2003, a German company called Boswell with only 2,000 shares stifled a similarly opportunistic buy-back (look it up). The Takeover Panel had some very interesting remarks to say about it then. Groundhog Day? This deal reeks, cloaked with caveats, complex structures, and the kicker is VRC buy into the private business for a song, while penalising minority shareholders. If it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck......
