"Will raise $35m equity by the earlier of Feb 2021, or 3 months after terminating the agreement with BGH".

Considering we had to give BGH a 2 day extension, there is no way BGH are dropping out now. "Oh gee, we've had 7 months to think about it, but we're still not sure - just give us two more days". Can't possibly be anything other than needing an extra day to line some ducks up.

So who cares about a relatively small cap raise that will never happen - the 4th BGH extension ended at 5.00pm today and we STILL don't know - just tell us what's going on.

Someone said yesterday "minimum disclosure", that's absolutely right.
